Digital Capture Instructions

The following is a series of requirements and procedures to follow in order for GPA to produce your Digital Capture Order.

1. You first must submit a sample of your digital photography to assure that the images you capture will result in a quality print. You must do this regardless of weather you are using MODE or seding your job in to GPA.

Your Digital camera should be at least 5 megapixels or higher, and you will want to make sure you are shooting on the highest jpg setting that your camera has (a minimum of 2000x3000 pixel file size), this should give you an adequate digital file for GPA processing.

• 6 to 8 megapixel cameras are recommended for best results.

• Cropping & color correction prior to sending in your job is not recommended.

Please call customer service if you have any ?’s about digital capture or submitting your images to ensure you get best results.

Here is the process of saving your images to a CD.

1. Write your Name, Client ID, League Name and CD# on each CD.

2. Upload your images directly to the CD, do not create separate folders for each team or group. Only if you have multiple photographers or cameras will you need to create separate folders on your CD.

3. Images should be numbered, according to how your camera numbers them, do not rename or renumber. It is ok to send the ‘use frame’ only
images that you want printed.

4. If the disc is full create a second disc and place images on the second disc, be sure to number your CD’s.

Send GPA the following items:

• Picture Day Order Forms
  
  
• General Information Sheets
  
  
• Complete an Online Work Order through our Online Services.
  
  
• CD(s)
  
  
• Send check for estimated amount of job cost or have a credit card on file with GPA.
