DIGITAL IMAGING/WORKFLOW

GPA began incorporating digital imaging into production years ago and continues the process by constantly evaluating new equipment and software, and integrating it into our production system. We've made major investments in storage, network capacity, and high speed digital printers. The future of digital imaging is found at GPA!

MODE
GPA's MODE program allows you to upload your own images, enter your own data and submit your jobs electronically - using our software. You can access the MODE software through the Online Services. If you are not a GPA client, contact customer service to find out how to get set up!

DATA ENTRY SYSTEM

GPA' Data Entry System (DES) saves photographer's time, helps them manage Picture Day information effectively, minimizes errors, provides well organized reports* for better business management, and significantly reduces job turnaround time.

The system is simple, here are the basic steps:

1. We send the Picture Day Order Forms (PDOF's) to you for distribution to the league.
   
   
2. The kids (or parents) fill out all the player information on the forms, such as: name, address, stats, etc.
   
   
3. On Picture Day, your staff writes the roll, frame, and team number on each player's form, and stacks them in order as the players are photographed
   
   
4. Your CD's or film, PDOF's, and an Online Work Order are sent to the lab where our staff creates a database of your order.
   
   
5. Once your job is complete, several reports are available to you through our Online Services to help you manage and grow your business.
